La Mesa Eco Park was painted with Blue colors as Tamron Philippines launched its first major event dubbed as ‘ TAMRON GOES WILD’ held last November 15, 2014 from 6:00am to 4:00pm.

About 350 photographers (professional or novice) participated in the On the Spot Photo Contest which has two categories ; the Bird Photo Race or the Macro and Nature.



Klienne Eco bagged the first place for the Macro and Nature winning a 70-300mm VC Tamron lens plus gift items while Anthony Balbin got himself the newest release from Tamron, the 150-600mm VC lens for winning the Bird Photo Race and having to take at least more than 30 birds in a span of 4 hours.

Tamron goes Wild was also the launching of the newest Image Master who is known to the photography community as the bird man and the president of Wild Bird Photographers of the Phlippines, Mr. Rey Sta. Ana who now joins the league of Ricky Ladia as the first ever Tamron Image Master.
